The Atlantis network consists of private practice doctors that are right in your neighborhood. That makes appointment scheduling easier - you can schedule appointments whenever it's convenient, to minimize the amount of work time you miss. Atlantis Health Plan provides coverage that's extensive… not expensive. Atlantis is a doctor owned and controlled health insurance company. We're committed to reestablishing the strong personal bond between doctor and patient.

Our plans provide coverage for a wide range of health care and medical services including a very impressive preventive health program. Doctor office visits cost $10, $15, or $20 depending on the co-payment plan the group chooses. You can select from:

Base Medical Plans
Plan 10E	Plan 10 Enhanced. Pay a $10 co-payment for office visits. There is no co-payment for hospitalization.
Plan 15E	Plan 15 Enhanced. Pay a $15 co-payment for office visits. There is no co-payment for hospitalization.
Plan 20E	Plan 20 Enhanced. Pay a $20 co-payment for office visits. There is no co-payment for hospitalization.

In addition, there are a variety of riders available to you and your employees which offer a number of prescription drug benefits, including mail order, vision benefits, student coverage and enhanced benefits for mental health/substance abuse and skilled nursing facilities.
